智慧冀长话客3年达200万

透过长途电话与世界各地客户联络，早已是众企业日常经营方式之一，但如何才可以较低价格，享受一流的长途电话还去？指挥电讯行政总裁劳泽雄指出，VoIP宽频电话将是其中之一选择，并料将来会与手机，电邮一样普及，且还可为企业节省90%的长途电话支出。他满怀信心地说，“未来2至3年，使用我们公司服务的客户会由5万大增至200万。”

于很多人而言，要在短短2年，将客户数目由5万增至200万，这绝对是一个难题，但劳择雄对此愿现出十足的信心，认为要达到200万客这个数目，并非“幻想”。

IP语音技术成熟已普及

劳泽雄接受本报专访时支出，IP语音传播技术已经成熟，更因为全球宽频基础设施完备，并且达到普及使用阶段。

VoIP是透过互联网传播语音的一种科技，几年前，很多电脑发烧友已经兴起这种玩意，利用PC对PC在网上通话，好处是免费，尤其是与海外朋友童话。不过，当年的宽频有限，话音不清晰，而且安装与使用，非一般认识可以懂得使用，更别说商业应用。但时至今日，VoIP技术一日千里，音质及方便程度与固网电话没有分别。
自拥平台系统稳定可靠

劳泽雄表示，其公司之强项，是拥有本身的平台系统—TDX VoIP Platform，这是来自Telefirst VoIP技术方案，包括计费系统、信息交换和分配、安全设施，遗迹客户服务技术，确保VoIP的安全性、稳定性和可靠性，目标是大量使用电话与海外联络，可以带来利润的企业用户。至于收费方面，却比打传统IDD节省高达9成。
